Our Story.

Our company headquarters is located in Red Lion, PA Roughly 45 Minutes South of Harrisburg.

Hello and welcome!

I’m Ian Kendall and I’m the owner of Kendall Craftsmanship LLC. Woodworking for me, has been something that has always been a part of my life. I built my first bench before I even left elementary school, and grew up spending time around my father’s workshop. Through his furniture restoration business, Kendall Restoration, I spent my childhood watching him breathe life back into forgotten pieces. That's where I fell in love not just with the furniture, but with the soul of woodworking.

I created Kendall Craftsmanship to carry that legacy forward.

At Kendall Craftsmanship, our purpose is to create something meaningful, built with the belief that the pieces in your home should do more than fill a space - they should feel personal. The furniture in your home should be made with care, built to last, and designed specifically for the people who use it. Each piece is made to tell, and hold stories across generations

The heart of the business is collaboration. Rather than choosing from mass-produced options, clients work directly with the craftsman building their table - discussing style, size, wood choices, and finishes to create a piece that fits their home and the way they live. Whether the look is farmhouse, modern, contemporary, or something entirely personal, the goal is always the same: to build a table that feels like it belongs in the space and holds up beautifully over time.

As for construction - the focus is on honest, heirloom-quality construction and honest craftsmanship. These are not tables made to be replaced in a few years. They are built for everyday use, meaningful gatherings, and the moments that happen around them for years to come. Each piece is built one at a time, with careful attention to board selection, grain match, structural integrity, and the kind of details that make a table feel truly one of a kind.

Thank you for taking the time to read our story, and for being part of the next chapter to come.
