SHIPPING POLICY

LOCAL DELIVERY

I currently offer personal delivery, I deliver every table myself, which means I can make sure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Delivery is a flat rate of $150 within 30 miles, and $2.50 per mile extra. If you’re unsure whether your location falls within the delivery area, just reach out and I’ll let you know.

Keep in mind that solid hardwood furniture is heavy. Please have a plan for getting your table from the delivery point to its final spot in your home. I’m happy to help where I can, but please be prepared to assist with moving the table inside.

 

INSPECTION & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

It is your responsibility to inspect your new furniture thoroughly and completely for any damage BEFORE signing the delivery confirmation. In the very rare event that your table arrives damaged, please note any damage on the delivery slip before signing.

If damage occurred during delivery, I will repair or replace your table at no additional cost. However, I can only do that if damage has been noted on the delivery confirmation before signing. Once you sign the delivery confirmation, I cannot assume responsibility for damage reported after delivery. Fully inspecting your furniture upon delivery is extremely important.

Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure the furniture you order can fit through your doorways and entryways. Furniture cannot be refused upon delivery if it does not fit through an entryway.

 

PAYMENT & DELIVERY

Final payment is due upon completion of your table. I will notify you when your table is complete and ready for delivery. You will have 5 days from the date of notification to submit final payment.

If payment is not received within 5 days of completion, your table will be moved to a third-party storage facility at your expense.

 

HOLDING & STORING YOUR FURNITURE

I will reach out to you before I start production on your table to confirm: 1) the details of your order are correct, and 2) you are ready to receive your table. This is your opportunity to delay production if you are not ready.

Once I have received your confirmation and your table is built and ready for delivery, I cannot hold or store your furniture under any circumstances. I have limited shop space and need to keep production moving. Please make sure you are ready to receive your table before confirming your order.
