REFUND POLICY

DEPOSITS

A 50% deposit is required to begin your order. Your deposit is non-refundable once materials have been purchased for your build. Because every Halfcreek table is custom built to your specifications, I purchase materials specifically for your order. Once that process has begun, those costs cannot be recovered.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel your order after materials have been purchased or after your build is in progress, your deposit will not be refunded. I understand that circumstances change, but once I’ve committed time and materials to your table, I cannot absorb that cost.

DEFECTS & DAMAGE

In the rare event that your order is built inaccurately or has a defect as defined by my Cosmetic Standard, I will repair or replace the furniture and correct the issue. I will also repair or replace any items damaged in transit, as long as the damage is properly noted upon delivery per my Shipping Policy.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because every table is custom built to order, I am unable to offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse. Please review my Cosmetic Standard before placing your order so you know exactly what to expect from handcrafted solid wood furniture. Any natural characteristics of handmade furniture are not considered defects.
